Lauren began cleaning professionally in 2018, starting with a few clients as a side job. She quickly discovered she had a talent for it and loved the satisfaction of helping others keep their homes clean and organized. In April 2025, she joined Clarity Cleaning by Kat as a Cleaner, and by December, she had advanced to a Cleaning Trainer, sharing her expertise and helping train new team members.

What drew Lauren to the cleaning industry was her desire to make a difference in people’s lives. She finds fulfillment in knowing her work eases stress for her clients while transforming their spaces into clean, organized, and welcoming homes. Her personal satisfaction comes from completing a job well done and seeing the immediate impact of her efforts.

Lauren approaches every home with a methodical and detail-oriented mindset. She typically starts with the most challenging or time-consuming areas, working from left to right and top to bottom, ensuring every detail is perfect. Her go-to tools include her Shark Lift-Away vacuum, Scrub Daddies, and Mrs. Meyer’s Probiotic Lavender all-purpose cleaner. For special requests, clients can either connect with Kat or speak with Lauren directly while she’s servicing the home.
